At the heart of it all, we are a social justice advocacy that is deliberate about influencing public attitudes not only about Period Poverty, but also around SOCIO-ECONOMIC INEQUITIES, GENDER INEQUALITY and the protection of WOMEN’S RIGHTS in South AFRICA to create a more socially just society for young girls that is guided by the vision of HUMAN RIGHTS,

Our ultimate goal is to help to mutually shape our society to where one day ALL PEOPLE ARE treated EQUALLY Where ALL PEOPLE have EQUAL opportunity and the distribution of resources is equitable AMONGST ALL

We do this through the Perspective box, a menstrual kit that’s last girls up to 5 years, which is their total high school period. We partner with corporate sponsors and collaborate strategic partner, non-profit organisations and individuals to distribute free reusable cloth sanitary pads to girls throughout South AFRICA.

Through our Drip and LGBTQI+ Merchandise ecommerce store individuals can also be the change they want to see by purchasing and sponsoring a perspective kit from us to donate or by purchasing merchandise, proceeds of which go towards a perspective box.

We are passionate about tackling Period Poverty in South AFRICA and our human rights-based approach aims to ensure that girls claim the rights they are entitled. The denial of girls’ rights is one of the biggest causes of poverty worldwide and a grave injustice.
